Raju has 30+ years’ varied experience in financial services and technology. He has been involved in risk management, operations / technology, business strategy, advising large and mid-sized clients at C-levels, and executing M&A transactions. His career has included establishing start-ups, raising capital in complex situations and providing restructuring advice. He spent 18 years at Morgan Stanley where he was a Managing Director, after starting his career in public accounting, which included 5 years at PwC-New York. Raju has a degree in Finance and Economics and is a New York State licensed CPA. FINRA licenses 7, 63, 79.
