About the Program

Boutique scale, bulge-bracket reps

We advise founders and middle-market companies on M&A, capital raises, and restructurings across six sectors. Because we run a lean, focused desk, interns train alongside our deal teams — contributing research and analysis to active engagements, not a simulated case study that never reaches a client.

1
Live Engagement Exposure

Support active sell-side, buy-side, and capital-raise engagements through research and analysis — never a classroom simulation.

2
Mentored by Bankers

Work directly with experienced bankers who have advised on transactions across Wall Street and Main Street.

3
Sector Immersion

Go deep in one vertical — healthcare, technology, industrials, climate & energy, and more.

How to Apply

Show us how you think

We don’t just want a résumé — we want to see you engage with the work. Send us the two items below and, if it’s a fit, we’ll follow up with a short assessment assignment as the next step.

1
Your résumé
One page, PDF. Tell us where you are and what you’ve done.
2
A 250-word deal memo
Pick a recent M&A transaction that caught your attention. In roughly 250 words, tell us what happened and why you found it interesting. We care more about your thinking than being “right.”
