Lauren Bass connects founders, executives, and investors across New England. Before Young America Capital, she led Strategic Partnerships at OVR Technology and ran LaunchVT, a Vermont startup accelerator, where she worked directly with early-stage companies on growth and fundraising. She started her career advising small businesses through the Vermont SBDC, and before that, co-founded a consumer products company in Hong Kong.
She holds an MBA in Sustainable Innovation from the University of Vermont, an MA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a BA in Economics from Boston University, and the Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute.
