Advising companies on capital markets, M&A, and strategic growth initiatives with a track record of leading high-growth companies through IPOs, complex transactions, and organizational transformation. Currently serve as Chief Financial Officer of AIRO, an aerospace and defense company, where I led the company’s successful public offering and continue to oversee its financial strategy and execution.
Previously co-founded and helped take a digital health company public, and have held roles across investment banking, hedge funds, and operational finance. I bring a cross-functional, execution-focused approach to financial leadership, grounded in public company discipline, capital allocation, and enterprise risk management.
Public company board member experience. Hold a Ph.D. in Finance from Purdue, degrees in economics and accounting from Ukraine, and currently pursuing an Executive MBA at MIT (Class of 2026). Certified in financial accounting, ESG, corporate governance, and cybersecurity. FINRA licenses 63 and 79.
