Patrick Walsh is President and Managing Director of Cedar Croft Consulting Inc., and through a strategic alliance has recently joined Young America Capital as Vice President, Investment Banking.
Pat has provided turnaround and crisis management, financial advisory, cashflow management and profit improvement services to middle-market companies for over 20 years. He acts as a project manager on assignments to achieve turnarounds, both within and outside of bankruptcy filings. He is highly experienced and efficient acting in the roles of Chief Restructuring Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Responsible Officer.
Pat has held senior positions with technology and telecommunication companies, including a successful startup that was ultimately acquired by Sprint.
He earned his Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) designation from the Turnaround Management Association, holds two accounting designations, a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, and FINRA licenses 79 and 63.
