MAMARONECK, N.Y. — Young America Capital has been named to the 2026 Axial Advisor 100, Axial’s annual list of the most highly regarded sell-side M&A advisors serving the lower middle market in North America.

Axial builds the list by surveying the buy-side members of its platform and asking them to name the investment banks and advisors they trust and respect most, across three categories: client quality, process effectiveness and total deal activity. The list covers banks of every size, sector focus and region.

We view this recognition as a reflection of the founders and executives we have had the privilege of working alongside, not just the transactions we have closed.

Our approach has always been simple. Stay close to management teams, understand what they are trying to accomplish, and execute when it matters most.

“For many of the businesses we represent, a sale or recapitalization is one of the most significant decisions an owner will ever make. We treat it that way.”

Young America Capital

That means being honest about process, clear about how buyers are thinking, and present through every stage, not just at the beginning and the close.

We are grateful for the trust founders and executives continue to place in us, and for the recognition from Axial. If you are considering a sale, recapitalization, or want a clear view of how the market will value your business today, we are always open to a conversation.
