MAMARONECK, N.Y. — Young America Capital has been named to the 2026 Top 50 Lower Middle Market Technology Investors and M&A Advisors list published by Axial. The ranking identifies the most active advisors in technology transactions on the Axial platform.
Axial builds the list from a weighted formula across four measures: the number of technology deals brought to market, the level of interest those deals drew from buyers, the number of technology-focused investment mandates, and the number of deals that progressed to a signed NDA, IOI, LOI or closed transaction.
Young America Capital was recognized as one of the leading sell-side firms in technology within the Axial network. The ranking reflects the firm’s continued work advising founder-led and growth-stage technology companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
